Experience description:
An acquaintance of Robby's
was awakened in the middle of the night by Robby, and told to write a letter to
his girlfriend and his family. The letter gradually changes into Robby's
handwriting. Rob's girlfriend received the letter from this friend and didn't
know what to think, so she brought it to us to see. We all thought it looked
like Rob's handwriting. We even compared the signature to one on his credit
card. He talked about being sorry he wasn't true to his word and that he had
hurt everyone. He talked about reviewing his life and being in a very happy
place. He asked his girlfriend to go on and to be a good girl and find a nice
boy and to listen to her parents and people who love here.

hear something associated with the deceased?

Describe:
The week before Robby passed, I heard a crowd of voices telling me that Rob was
using drugs again (he had been clean 7 months). I heard these voices several
times, but decided it must me my imagination.

sound seem to originate externally, or outside of you, inside of you, or did you
not hear a voice or sound but had a knowing of what was communicated?
It was in my head, but nothing like I had ever heard before.
Is there any
possibility that what you heard was from any other source in the surroundings at
the time of your experience? No.
Was there any
possible impairment to your hearing at the time of the experience?
No.
How long did the
experience last? Just a letter. The girl who wrote it, just felt him and heard him
until the letter was finished. She wrote if very fast because she said he was
talking fast.
Was the beginning and end
of the experience gradual or more sudden?
Don't know.
Could you sense the emotions
or mood of the deceased? He was sorry he hurt us, but seemed rather happy to be where he
was.

Only that he was very happy where he is.

reality of your experience: Experience was probably real

I was skeptical at first. Then I felt relief to think he still lived on
someplace.

Life is short. I am trying to see God in everyone now. I want to live right so
I can be with my son.

Relief.
What was the best and worst part of your experience?
The best was we heard from him. The worst was it was the last time, I miss him.

I have had other experiences with this kind, but not
for a few months, they were in the first 6 months.
