Experience description #2:

It was on a Thursday evening when I was working on an art project and I had been using Tile for this art project, well I needed a certain color of tile, and I decided I should go to Home Depot like I usually do. Anyway I stopped on my way and invited my sister (oldest of us kids). We headed to Home Depot which was only about 3 miles away. When we arrived, I parked in the northwest part of the parking lot which is directly in front of the gardening dept. Anyway we both walked in the west doors, and we stayed maybe only ten minutes. (They didn't have the color I needed).

As we walked towards the exit which were the same doors we entered thru, as the doors slid open, my sister was in front of me and I was right behind her and she was talking about something when all of a sudden I heard "Dorse!". Now my name is Dorothy, but only my parents and all of my brothers and sisters have always called me "Dorse".  No one else calls me that. When I heard "Dorse!" I stopped as I stepped out the door and both my sister and I just completely froze. I told my sister "Oh MY GOD!" "Is that Calvin?" We were stunned, I'm telling you we froze and he kept on calling me "Dorse!" and at the same time he was walking towards us-he looked, walked, and talked exactly like my brother. He kept on "Hey, Dorse!" and then he was mumbling something, but I could not make out what it was he was trying to tell me. My sister was like " Oh my God, Oh my God.." And I remember saying "Oh my God, is that Calvin? How can that be? but I saw him in the coffin?" And he just kept on Dorse, Dorse and there were customers in the parking lot and I distinctly remember there was a man and a woman in front of him walking towards their car, and the man turned towards him and looked at him, because he was yelling out my name.

When I first saw him, he was walking towards us right in front coming from where the other exit doors are at. He looked so happy, and he was dressed the way he would when he was here. We both could see him coming towards us and you could clearly see it was Calvin, but yet I was still stunned to see him and at one point my sister said "Let's go, it's not Calvin, it's the Devil he wants us to think it's Calvin." and I told her "No, he's calling me and at that point I yelled back at him and I said "What?" and I started to walk towards him and my sister grabbed my arm and said "No, let's go, hurry let's go!" I think she was more scared than anything, and as I started walking backwards towards my car that is when he turned towards the left to the parking lot and he gave me this look, like he knew that we weren't sure if it was him or like my sister said "The Devil". He stared at me the whole time, and he disappeared into the parking lot.

The only vehicle that left were the people that looked at him, that's the only car that left. We got into my car and went towards where we saw him walk and there was absolutely no one there or anywhere else in that parking lot. I told my sister "Oh my God, was that Calvin? Oh my God I can't believe that we saw him, and he was calling me." I told her " I know he still lives in Heaven, even though he died and we all saw him in the coffin, but can they actually come to us like that? Was it him, I mean he looked exactly like Calvin he even walked and talked like him???" I told my sister no one will ever believe this, but there's proof, cause he walked about 7 feet from all four surveillance cameras and if there is audio then they can hear him calling me. I told my sister these kinds of things just don't happen. To this day I'm puzzled by it. Many questions. Why was he calling me, and what was it he was trying to tell me. If I would have gone towards him, what would have happened? I regret that I didn't go ahead with walking towards him and leaving. I was totally stunned. We froze. We didn't expect anything like that.

I have asked the store manager to let my family and I view the surveillance, but they said it is only allowed through police dept. when there was some kind of criminal activity and I would have to file a police report. But see there was no crime committed here. I've explained to them and they look at my sister and I as if we ARE crazy, or on drugs or something. I told them I know it sounds weird, but it's all true, my brother and I were extremely close we took care of each other and respected each other tremendously, he'd had a heart condition since he was 2 yrs. old and I NEVER left him, when he was in the hospital for all his open heart surgeries, I stayed with him, that's where I wanted to be. As long as we were together, I felt like I needed no one, I loved him with all my heart, mind, and soul-everything that I am. We would always talk about death, and I would tell him "You know, I don't ever want to lose you, I don't want to live here without you you're everything to me." and he would say "Dorse, but if it happens, it wasn't me, it was God who took me but always remember 'me and you will never separate not even death can separate us.  o.k.?'  I know how much you love me, you were always there for me through thick and thin, and you never left me even in the hospital, you were always near me sleeping on the floor so you can keep an eye on me and you still love me the same way." That is what Calvin would say. Since he passed away, I have had dozens of dreams about him, where I can see him clearly. I also smell him in my home on at least three occasions.

I know we were so close, but I would assume a lot of people in this world are, but do those loved ones, if God allows, are able to come back even for a moment?

Yes     Well my sister experienced the whole thing with me, and she still asks a lot of questions, but then she tells everyone "If you noticed, he was only calling 'Dorse'. well you can't blame him, you know how close they were those two could never be apart." My other family members, well, it's hard for them to believe it, and I don't blame them, but then again they bring it up quite often, and try to comprehend. They would like to view the surveillance tapes, and of course I would like to see them too. We hear of capturing 'Ghosts'-well this one was in full flesh form and he was calling me by my name, that only he and my other brothers and sisters call me by.

Have you shared this experience formally or informally with any other researcher or web site?   No

Is there anything else you would like to add regarding your experience?       yes, I would like to say, that since then, I had this one particular dream, where I clearly saw Calvin, and we were standing together, and he was hugging me, and he told me "See Dorse, Marylou has no faith at all, that's the reason you didn't go towards me at Home Depot, she prevented you from coming to me." and I told him "Calvin was that you? Marylou (my sister that was with me) grabbed my arm and sais no Dorse don't go it's the devil pretending to be Calvin. And Calvin said " I know Dorse. I just wanted to give you a hug and tell you that we didn't separate. I love you, Dorse. I will always love you eternally." and then I woke up from the dream. I started crying.

Experience description #1:

In all of the ten ADC I had, 7 of these took place in my dreams.  I will start off with the dreams. I remember very clearly, the first one I'd had of my Dad whom I saw very clearly. I remember I was standing outside under this huge shade tree. And where I was at, looked similar to Earth, except this place was extremely peaceful and bright, and happy, more than happy. I could feel this place. My first thought was this must be Heaven. or a part of Heaven. As I looked around, I noticed these green fields, lots of them and there were big beautiful trees all around and there were the most beautiful flowers. The scenery was so extremely magnificent, I knew this place was more than earth. The atmosphere was of pure joy, happiness, and bright peacefulness. As I looked around, I noticed there were several homes, in front of me, similar to the ones here on earth.

I then noticed one of my dad's sister coming over to talk to me, and she didn't say hi or anything like that, but she said " See that person over there, (pointing to the field on the right-I notice someone in a John Deere green tractor, a huge tractor.) I said, "Yeah?" she says " who do you think that is?" my response was " MY DAD! OH MY GOD! That's MY DAD! and she said " Yup, that's your Dad! when she said that I noticed my Dad was parking the tractor next to 'his house'. As I started to walk towards my Dad( I wanted to run) He started walking towards me, and I said "DAD!" and we both hugged very tight, and he said "Dorse" (that was short for Dorothy) I'm glad you came to see me! Dorse, this is where I live, as he pointed all around this huge area along with the homes in front of us. And I said, " Dad is this Heaven?" and he said " Yes, Dorse this is Heaven, but it's San Juan. (San Juan is a small village south of Albuquerque, My dad was born and raised there along with his family, my mothers family, and of course me and my brothers and sisters, we all loved that place, especially my mom and dad) He then says to me "Dorse, don't cry for me I'm alright, there's nothing wrong with me now, (health wise) I'm in Heaven, I'm here with God and Jesus. And this is my house, and I'm going to wait for all of you guys (referring to his kids)"  We then walked into his home, where my Dad showed me 6 rooms, I saw his room and I saw another room that belongs to my brother Jerry, whom passed away at 5 months of age. Everything was white, everything was not of this earth. It was the perfect home. He told me "Dorse, all your rooms are ready, but I have to wait for you guys o.k.? you have to go back, tell everyone what I said . You tell everyone that I love them, and I'm safe here in Heaven and I love you, Dorse" after this, I woke up.
