I woke about 4 am and then finally went back to sleep. I started to dream and had a very strong sensation of being lifted under my arms and being pulled up into the sky. I was being moved very rapidly (something or someone was moving me, I wasn't moving myself) and I could look down and see a bridge down below until I crossed water and then I could see a small island and a lighthouse below. This scene suddenly closed and I felt the sensation that I was dropped down and then the next scene was the shoreline. The wind was blowing but it was warm. I was right at the shoreline and there were other people in front of me (about 50 I think, young, old, etc.). A woman touched my shoulder and smiled and said something in another language, but then I turned around and my husband was behind me and he greeted me. He didn't look old and sick, he looked the same age as when I met him (about 45 yrs). I then woke up but I was very exhausted from this encounter and it took me some time to feel normal. I checked the clock and it was 5 am when I woke up. This was very strong and vivid, especially the part about being transported and I strongly believe I had an ADC with my husband. I think the people on the shore were those who had "crossed over" with him and were awaiting another place to be (maybe Heaven).

Did you see the deceased? Yes 
Looked healthy and younger not sick at all

How much of the deceased did you see? All

Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which they died? No, appeared much younger

How healthy did the deceased appear to be? Husband was ravaged from cancer and cirrhosis when he passed. He looked healthy and much younger.

Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience? No

Did you smell a distinct smell, scent, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased? No

How long did the experience last? Not sure maybe half hour to an hour

Was the beginning and end of the experience gradual or more sudden? Sudden both beginning and end

Could you sense the emotions or mood of the deceased? Yes  Seemed calm

Did the deceased give you information you did not previously know? No

How do you currently view the reality of your experience? Experience was definitely real

Please explain why you view the reality of your experience as real or not real: I believe it was real as I never had the sensation of being transported, not ever. It was an experience that left me feeling drained like no other dream I ever had.

Was the experience dream like in any way? No

Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience: I felt like I had no control over what was happening. I wanted to get back down to earth as I am afraid of heights but I couldn't.

What was the best and worst part of your experience? The best part was seeing my husband and knowing that he had some healing from God after death. The worst part was the sensation of being lifted in the air against my will and being transported to the shore.

Did the experience give you any spiritual understandings such as life, death, afterlife, God, etc.? Yes I felt I had a slight glimpse of the afterlife and that although my husband was alcoholic there is some peace for him after death
