Experience description:
The cat was sick and my
husband believed she should be euthanized because she was in pain from arthritis
and was suffering from kidney failure. We were giving her water injections under
the skin and giving her pills to help her kidneys function but she was failing.
The day of the appointment with the vet she got up and walked around and I had
doubts that it was the right time for her to go. My husband believed it was
time. I agreed and after felt I should have waited until I was sure. It was very
traumatic during the procedure and felt as though I had done the wrong thing. I
worried over this for about a month when falling asleep on the sofa I "dreamed"
that the cat was walking towards me through a dark void. She was like a cat
shaped translucent form. She walked towards me and put her nose on my cheek. I
immediately woke up and could still feel the touch for several seconds after. I
felt then that she forgave me.

The feeling of the touch was real the dream could just have been a dream.There
is no way to know for certain.

dream with images of ordinary things. I have had after death communications with
my parents and they all included a void.

While watching the wind blow the trees I came to know that all our lives are
exactly as it they were meant to be and events were unfolding perfectly and
simply.I felt euphoric.
