On August 21st the day he left, I woke at the same time his pulse had stopped, on August 25th, I was asleep, I heard his voice, I raised my ear from the pillow to hear, I had gotten a tattoo with his name a butterfly and dates...all I heard was "it hurt"?

On September 5th I was crying and had my head bowed towards his urn, and my hand on it and was holding his picture...crying and talking to him, after I said I love you, my smoke alarm went off! I got freaked out, went to my bedroom, after I composed, I went back to finish my conversation and after I said I was sorry for many things...it went off again.

Length of time between death of deceased and your experience:  SAME TIME!!! HE LEFT, I WOKE !

Details of location of experience and your activity at the time of experience:  In bed asleep...1st time, In bed asleep 2cnd time, and Talking to him in my living room awake at his urn 3rd time

      Describe:  water being turned on and off, electrical things having glitches or light coming on on there own

Did you sense an awareness or presence of the deceased without actually seeing, hearing, feeling or smelling them ?  No
       
Did you hear the deceased or hear something associated with the deceased?  Yes
      Describe:  some words, at the end when I heard the only two words I heard clearly were..."it hurt", I think in reference to my tattoo
      Did the voice or sound seem to originate externally, or outside of you, inside of you, or did you not hear a voice or sound but had a knowing of what was communicated?  Not sure as I was awoken with the words and in a sleepy stuper

      If you heard a voice or sound, was it similar or dissimilar to the voice or sound the deceased made when they were alive?  it sounded not to close to me and in a more quiet voice

      How clearly did you hear the deceased?  at first not good, it was muffled almost, then I only caught the last 2 words..."it hurt?"

      Was there any possible impairment to your hearing at the time of the experience?  No, just the pillow under one ear till I lifted up to catch the last 2 words

      Where and how were you touched?  like he laid his hand on my shoulder while he was speaking to me

      Was the touch familiar?  It was different, it was soft and loving

      Was anything communicated by the touch?  Love!...comfort?

      Is there any possibility what you felt was from any other source present in your surroundings at the time of your experience?  no

Did you smell a distinct smell, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased?  Yes

      Describe:  when I was a kid I used to leave my body and go places and see things. I do believe I was on my way out of this world when I nearly died on the operating table
