Experience description:



I was in my bed. When I looked, he was standing next to my bed. I asked him if he was alright. He told me "Yes", without speaking. I asked him if I could hold him. If that was possible. He say I could. I got up and gave him a hug. Than I cried. I wasn't afraid or sad. I just missed him so much. The hug lasted about 10/15 seconds. Than I saw him vanishing, gradually.

The next day I told my mother. She said that that day was his death's anniversary. He had died three years ago.

Did you sense an awareness or presence of the deceased without actually seeing, hearing, feeling or smelling them ?  Yes
     
Describe:  I could sense someone was standing. trough my skin and due to my heart beats

Did you hear the deceased or hear something associated with the deceased?  Yes
     
Describe:  I heard that he was alright. He told me not to be afraid. He just wanted to say goodbye.
     
Did the voice or sound seem to originate externally, or outside of you, inside of you, or did you not hear a voice or sound but had a knowing of what was communicated?  knew what was communicated but I didn't hear any voice

     
Is there any possibility that what you heard was from any other source in the surroundings at the time of your experience?  I knew. I didn't hear a voice

Did you feel a touch or experience any physical contact from the deceased?  Yes

     
Where and how were you touched?  I gave him a hug. A very strong hug.

     
Was the touch familiar?  familiar. Like he always did.

     
Was anything communicated by the touch?  Yes. Love and a certain sadness. He missed me. I missed him too.

     
Is there any possibility what you felt was from any other source present in your surroundings at the time of your experience?  No

Did you see the deceased?  Yes

     
Describe the appearance of the deceased:  He looked good. Calm. Peaceful. He had no difference from his appearance when alive.

     
How clearly did the deceased appear?  Solid. Real. Alive.

     
How much of the deceased did you see?  The whole Body. He stood up beside my bed.

     
Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which they died?  He appeared the age at which he died but looked better. He died with brain cancer. At the time of his death he was very sick. When he appeared, looked healthy.

     
How healthy did the deceased appear to be?  as answered above.

     
Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other source present in your surroundings at the time of your experience?  No

Did you smell a distinct smell, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased?  Yes

Was the smell, scent, fragrance or odor familiar?  no. But was very good.

     
Was anything communicated by the smell?  Calm. Love.

     
Is there any possibility the smell, scent, fragrance or odor was from any other source present in your surroundings at the time of your experience?  No

How long did the experience last?  About 5/7 minutes.

Was the beginning and end of the experience gradual or more sudden?  The beginning was sudden. When I looked he was there. The end was gradual. The image was slowly vanishing.

Could you sense the emotions or mood of the deceased?  He was very good and he wanted to tell me everything was fine. He was worried about me. Bu he always showed a tender smile on his face.

How do you currently view the reality of your experience:  Experience was definitely real

Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience:  I missed him very much so I cried. But I was happy to see him and glad to know he was alright.

Did the experience give you any spiritual understandings such as life, death, afterlife, God, etc.?  Yes
     
Describe:  I always believe in life after death. I had some previous experiences. But that one was the most powerful because I could touch him and because he was a person I loved.

Have you ever made a death compact?  Yes
      Describe:  Made it with my mother who is still alive. Not with my uncle.

Was the experience dream like in any way?  Uncertain
      Describe:  About the deceased: Uncertain because I was in my bed. But I was awake and the experience was real.

Describe:  About the deceased: No

Has the experience affected your relationships?  Daily life?  Religious practices etc.?  Career choices?  It didn't. I always believed. That was just a confirmation.

      Describe:  They believed me. Yes, they were influenced. The started thinking about the theme.

What emotions/feelings did you experience following your experience?  Calm. Relaxed. Quiet. I felt good. Really good.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  The whole experience was good.
