This was not an NDE on my part but a contact from my stepfather at the moment of his death.  He was in Georgia in intensive care with a heart attack.  I was in college class-(sociology)in Gulfport Mississippi.

I was sitting in class and suddenly got bone chilling cold like my blood went to ice. I got extremely panicked and felt like I was going to explode. It confused me but I knew something was wrong.

I couldn't take it anymore and excused myself from class and went to sit in the atrium.  I got dizzy and tunnel vision and sweaty in a cloud.  I got on my motorcycle and bolted for home like I was being pulled by an unknown force..It was confusing, I thought I was suddenly sick.

I ran to the door to my phone ringing and It was my mother calling to tell me Ralph my stepfather had just died. Then the feelings went away. I sat there confused for a while then it hit me.  It changed my outlook in death

Was the experience difficult to express in words?....No....

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?....More consciousness and alertness than normal    The whole time, Just scared and confused.....I felt like I was being spoken to but not in human voice.

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice?....I heard a voice I could not identify    Knowing that somebody was calling me but unable to identify.

Did you encounter or become aware of any deceased (or alive) beings?....No   

Did you become aware of past events in your life during your experience?....No....

Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?....A clearly mystical or unearthly realm....A dizzy fog and a feeling I was being contacted.

Distant and a pulling on me.

Did time seem to speed up or slow down?....No....

Did you suddenly seem to understand everything?....No....I was being contacted

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?....No....

Did you come to a border or point of no return?....No....

Did scenes from the future come to you?....No....

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge or purpose?....No....

Discuss any changes that might have occurred in your life after your experience:....Moderate changes in my life....more aware that there is something bigger than us.....

What did you believe about the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:....Experience was definitely real    I was in a haze and sweating and dropping school books and driving crazy in total confusion until I got the phone call.  Ralph was calling me.

What do you believe about the reality of your experience at the current time:....Experience was definitely real....unforgettable

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?....Yes....I have become more spiritual

Have your religious beliefs/spiritual practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?....Yes    I feel others more and am more compassionate.

At any time in your life, has anything ever reproduced any part of the experience?....No   

Did the questions asked and information that you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?    Yes    All I know is it happened.

And it was definitely a contact.
