Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?
Yes
I was a child, and initially was puzzled. I saw my grandfather at the foot of my bed crying for forgiveness. I arose and we "floated together for some time around my room, and he confided to me the he had not only molested my sister, but my mother as well when she was a child. He wanted me to pray for his soul.
I did so, and never was visited by him again. I found out years later that the molestations were true...I continued having OOBE's until now with different conditions...

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience? Alert and Oriented times 3
Was the experience dream like in any way? Initially, but there was the sensation of real time, and the sounds were clear and my body was on the bed lying next to my dog.
Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body? Yes
With the first event, I thought I was just me in an ethereal form, like a window transparency. A few years ago I saw my reflection in a mirror. I was a diamond shaped glowing light.
What emotions did you feel during the experience? Sadness
Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises? No, as I said, I could see, hear and smell as if I were really there

My grandfather, he spoke, and touched me I held his hand

After a few years I could do this, but the events are too sensitive to discuss in this forum, you'd never believe it!

Not in the initial OOBE, but I was an eye witness to an event that I found out that happened , purely by mistake
