I couldn't sleep one night and I woke up around 1 a.m.  I went downstairs to the kitchen to make some coffee.  As I was drinking my coffee, I stepped into the porch to look outside.  I had big windows and I was looking at the night sky.  I turned around to head back in the kitchen when I noticed a blue light on the wall by my stairs that led to the bedrooms. 

Immediately, I thought one of my sons was fooling around and took a flashlight and put it under his blanket and reflected it onto the wall.  So I called out their names, but no one answered.  I climbed about 4 steps of the stairs and peeked into their bedrooms.  All three of my children were sound asleep. 

I was standing inches away from the wall with the blue light.  It was about two feet in diameter.  I put my hand in front of it to see if there was a shadow...There wasn't any...Then the light started to shrink in perfect form until it disappeared.  It only took seconds when then a thought came to me that it was my Uncle Thomas who was passing through to see my kids before crossing over...It was about 1:30 - 1:45 a.m.  I checked on the kids and went to sleep.....In the morning I called my mom who told me that my uncle passed away during the night.  I already knew that...

      Where and how were you touched?  Not with this story, but with others I had

      Was the touch familiar?  On one experience, the touch of my cousin was a kiss on my cheek and her hand on my shoulder...I felt it like I would feel it from anyone here...

      Was anything communicated by the touch?  There was a "knowing" of what I was thinking and feeling.......

Did you see the deceased?  Yes

      Describe the appearance of the deceased:  only in light forms....sometimes they look like streaks of lightning.

      How clearly did the deceased appear?  The light forms are solid...you don't see thru them

      How much of the deceased did you see?  Just streaks....

I see the strangers in full body form...but they are shadows

      Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which they died?  It varies....they are always bright...for lack of a better word.

      How healthy did the deceased appear to be?  They are healthy...

The shadow people are indifferent in feeling....sometimes melancholy...

      Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other source present in your surroundings at the time of your experience?  NO

Did you smell a distinct smell, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased?  Yes

      Describe:  sometimes there is the smell of candy....sometimes a floral scent.  Usually, the air changes...

      Was the smell, scent, fragrance or odor familiar?  no...just candy smell  and flower smell

      Was anything communicated by the smell?  No

      Is there any possibility the smell, scent, fragrance or odor was from any other source present in your surroundings at the time of your experience?  No

How long did the experience last?  they last only moments

Was the beginning and end of the experience gradual or more sudden?  They usually "Just appear" and then slowly fade away....

Could you sense the emotions or mood of the deceased?  that also depends...I've had a feeling that some were happy and sometimes a discomfort came over....Others are melancholy or lost

Did the deceased give you information you did not previously know?  Sometimes they do and then I ask the person whom it is for and is turns out to be 99% true.

Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience:  It was very peaceful...I was moving slowly and comfortably. Did not fear anything that was going on...In fact, I was disappointed that the experiences leave so soon....

          My attitude is that life has a certain path for all of us....Destiny is a word in all of our vocabulary and we all have the ability to communicate if we open our eyes and thoughts....I believe we are connected and that we must pay attention to what's around us....There is a purpose for everything, big or small

      Describe:  I think the word is comfort...I was comforted to know that they still remember us here and are aware of where they are...I like that they want to interact with us and I wish I could contact them more....I pray for them always...

      Describe:  It confirmed what I always believed in my heart...Life goes on, just in a different form

      Describe:  I told my grandmother that if she dies first she is to promise me that she will try to contact me and let me know that there is life after death.

      Describe:  I've had many spontaneous obe's   I call them partial ones because sometimes it's only part of my body and I don't leave the room I'm in....

To the best of your knowledge, did the deceased, during their life, ever have a near-death experience, out of body experience or other spiritual experience?  Yes
      Describe:  Yes, my grandmother told me that she used to see these people in her room that she didn't know. And once, she saw her daughter (still living) at the foot of her bed and very upset...It turned out that my aunt, who is very clairvoyant had an obe to her mother...She was going thru a rough time at that time...

      Describe:  I don't know...I knew what I was doing and I was aware of what was going on.

      Describe:  Once I was in the field of beautiful grass when my ex-husbands grandmother came to visit...

      Describe:  I think I just became more aware and therefore other things opened up.....I was able to sense things about people...

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  The best part was that a source of energy enveloped me during and after the experience...the worst part was it was over too quickly
