On December 2, 2021, he called me from the hospital to tell me not to call him anymore, that he had  had a heart attack and that he didn't need the stress of me contacting him. We then hung up. (We hadn't talked for about 2 weeks at this point, but had texted him a few times.) I felt sorry for him, but still was upset with him. I texted him one last time to tell him I was sorry this happened to him and that I would like to be there for him but as I know this wont happen, I told him goodbye and good luck. He never responded. That was at 6:50 pm.

I went to sleep that night as usual. Sometime in the middle of the night, I dreamt he came to me. I don't know where we were, but there was a jacket, and I pulled an ID out of the pocket and it was his ex's, and I told him , see, and he said, yes but it wasn't what you thought it was. He said maybe if we had a (name of his recently deceased friend) Jr.'s, and I exclaimed, what she was pregnant, and he said No,no,,, Then I just remember him looking so sad, and saying , 'you know I really did love you'. Then I woke up.

I never dreamt of him ever until this night.  I woke up sweating, and this dream just seemed so REAL and I can remember his face and him being so VIVID and clear. It was not until later on that day that I found out he had passed during the night after I had been searching to see how long it takes to recover from a heart attack. 

We had fought about his ex-girlfriend and how frequently he was in contact with her, his daughter's mother. I also thought he despised me and didn't much care for me at all. I found out I was wrong, and I guess I'll never know if he did love me.

He seemed happy at first and then sad when he said he had loved me

Did the deceased give you information you did not previously know?  Yes, when he said I was wrong about his ex, I later researched it and found out I was indeed wrong
