Was laying on the couch listening to Christmas music feeling sad because my daughter left with her father for Christmas Eve celebration at her dads families house.  I was missing my mom A LOT like always and the music was not helping me even though I tried to listen to it because it would get me more in the spirit of the season.  Well I just ended up crying.  Begging my mom to give me a Christmas gift and visit me.  I missed her so bad that would make me feel better.    

My dog who was laying on loveseat near me lifted her head and stared to the left of me and wouldn't move.  I immediately looked over and there was a man standing there next to me.  I immediately sat up a little and said what are you doing?  He smiled at me and although no words came from his mouth I could hear him still.  He reached his hand out to me and said do you want to see your mother?  take my hand.  I said not until you tell me who you are.  He said just trust me and I will let you see your mom.  (Now this man I would guesstimate to be about 5'11" in white pants and a long white shirt, medium brown color hair and about inch of two below shoulders. He was extremely handsome and I would say olive color skin.) 

Anyways, reluctantly I took his hand, I was looking at his hand as I touched it.  It was definitely a man hand, strong yet gentle and then it started to change to a hand I knew very well.  One that as a child would never be mistaken.  I immediately looked up as this man slowly morphed into my mother.  Again she didn't speak but smiled at me with the smile my mom always had to give that showed she loved me.  The words I heard from her were heard but she never moved her mouth and she told me she still loves me like she had before she left and she always would. Then she slowly disappeared.  I just sat and sobbed after she left.  But it was nice.  Many said I was dreaming but I know I wasn't.  Call me crazy but I know it was true. It was real don't care if anyone thinks I am crazy.

            Was the touch familiar or unfamiliar?   VERY FAMILIAR

            Was anything communicated by the touch?  Just that she loved me the same as when she was alive and she always would.

            Is there any possibility what you felt was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?  NO

Did you see the deceased?         Yes

Well she was also in white clothing.  She looked the same as she had right before she got sick.

            How clearly did the deceased appear?            She looked like a normal person.  not see through totally solid, like normal.

            How much of the deceased did you see?       All or her

            Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which they died?       About same age

            How healthy did the deceased appear to be?            Normal for her when she was healthy.   Or prior to sickness

            Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?           no

Did you smell a distinct smell, scent, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased?      No

How long did the experience last?        maybe about 2 minutes maybe 3

Was the beginning and end of the experience gradual or more sudden?         beginning all of a sudden and she gradually disappeared.

Could you sense the emotions or mood of the deceased?           Yes

Did the deceased give you information you did not previously know?  no  I knew she loved me and always would.

How do you currently view the reality of your experience?           Experience was definitely real

            Please explain why you view the reality of your experience as real or not real:           Because I know I was awake.  I wasn't drinking, not on medication, eyes were still sore from crying and music still on. CD didn't have a lot of music as I made the CD myself. Only had a few Christmas songs on my computer.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   No             

Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience:           at first nervous because the person/being standing by me wasn't anyone who should be in my home.

Was there any emotional healing in any way following the experience?           Yes

yeah anytime I have an experience where she appears it makes me feel better to know she is still ever vigilant over me.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      Best part is that she came to me, worst that she had to leave

Death Compacts are when two or more living people promise among themselves that whoever dies first will try to contact the other(s).  Have you ever made such a compact?   Yes

I made my mom promise me that if she could visit me after she passed she would.  She said she would always be around to watch over me and her grand daughter.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            sadness that she left and happiness that she still was watching over me and knew I needed to see her or at least wanted too.

Did you meet or see any other beings other than the deceased?            Yes

Yes a man who I would like to say was an angel.

Yes     Some looked at me like I was crazy. Some said they believed that I believed what I saw but they don't think I was awake.  I say piss on them I know what happened.
