Experience description:
That morning I had a dream that my deceased husband, Brian (who died at age 41 in June 2022), came to Earth to visit. It wasn't a vivid dream, but he was trying to help me and another person escape from a big wildfire. We knew he had to go back to his realm. I just figured it was any other normal dream.
Then, after being awake for about 45 minutes, I realized it's Autumn. There was some slow music playing on YouTube and I realized time is going so fast and I started crying. I was sitting in my recliner when I looked at my husband's pic on the wall, then suddenly there was this horizontal rainbow line of light in the middle of the air, in the living room. It just sat there, suspended, not connected to anything.
I was curious so I just watched it, then it slowly formed into this 3D transparent but whitish blob, like an orb but more blob shaped. Or a blob came out of the rainbow line. I am not sure which. It had mass/substance. It just floated there and I didn't feel scared but kept watching to see what it was doing.
There was no outline of a face or anything but it was like energy. So I said aloud 'I love you Brian' and the blob faded away immediately. It had been there for maybe two minutes.
I am reading a lot of Sci Fi and supernatural books lately, but it wasn't my imagination what I saw. I would have just not thought much of it but with the dream I had, it was meaningful.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION: Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures? No
Did you see a light? Yes a rainbow horizontal line. If I were to interpret it, it would look like what I have seen of a compressed wormhole, except rainbow-colored.
Did you meet or see any other beings? Uncertain I saw an blob-shaped orb, but I don't know what it was. It felt like my husband, and it happened when I was thinking/grieving him and looking at his photo on the wall. It was in the living room about 6 feet in front of me. Nothing was communicated.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience? Uncertain I was wondering if it was some kind of evil spirit since I'm Christian and we aren't supposed to talk to the dead. My mom also told me she saw orbs above the train tracks where I grew up, so this experience I had confused me since Christianity doesn't address this.
How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices? Doesn't affect much but it does make me wonder if there is more to the supernatural than what is in the Bible
Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? No
Have you shared this experience with others? Yes My mom was not surprised because she has seen orbs herself. She believed me. My husband's friends thought it was interesting. I am not one to lie, so I think they trusted me even though they might think I'm naive or something.
What emotions did you experience following your experience? surprised, kind of honored/happy to finally have an experience like that, curious about other supernatural phenomena
What was the best and worst part of your experience? Best was during the experience when I saw the blob/orb. It was interesting. Worst was before when I was crying out in grief.
Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience? My husband had died in June 2022 and this occurence was two years and three months following his death. I had moved away from all family and was isolated in my house, living alone with pets as a widowed woman. I am still like that. I don't leave the house.
