Experience description:

My husband came to me in a dream. In the dream he  told me the secret to heaven was love, kindness, honesty and peace. I could not see his face but I knew it was him. It was his voice full of love and wonder. I know he wanted to show me the way. I still remember this dream vividly. It is still a wonderful memory.

           Describe what you heard, how clearly you heard it and what was communicated:   He told me the secret to heaven was love kindness, honesty and peace.

           Did the voice or sound seem to originate externally or outside of you, inside you, or did you not hear a voice or sound, but had a sense of knowing what was communicated?     I heard his voice.

           If you heard a voice or sound, was it similar or dissimilar from the voice or sound the deceased made when they were alive?     It sounded just like him.

           Is there any possibility what you heard was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?   no

           Was there any possible impairment to your hearing at the time of the experience?   no

 Did you feel a touch or experience any physical contact from the deceased?         Uncertain

            Is there any possibility what you felt was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?   no

 Did you see the deceased?       Uncertain

            How clearly did the deceased appear?            solid but in darkness

            Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which they died?           He seemed younger I could not clearly see him He was leaning over my bed but I felt he was younger.

            How healthy did the deceased appear to be?            He seemed very healthy. He was very sick before he died.

            Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?   no

 Did you smell a distinct smell, scent, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased? Yes

           What smell, scent, fragrance or odor did you smell?          He smelled like he always did

           Is there any possibility that the smell, scent, fragrance or odor was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?         no

 Could you sense the emotions or mood of the deceased?          Yes

 Happy and content almost excited to tell me his news

 How do you currently view the reality of your experience?          Experience was definitely real

           Please explain why you view the reality of your experience as real or not real:   I never remember dreams. His words were so compelling I immediately woke up and remembered word for word.

           Was the experience dream like in any way?  Yes

 I was sleeping.

 Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience:  I was happy my husband was obviously in a wonderful place.

 Was there any emotional healing in any way following the experience? Yes

 I have taken his  death very hard. I still am but after the dream I had almost a month of bliss for him.

 What was the best and worst part of your experience?          The best part is his message and he was so happy to tell me. I felt his love. There was no worst part.

 Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes                Describe:     I know I'll see him again

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?      Yes    I believe in heaven

 Did the experience give you any spiritual understandings such as life, death, afterlife, God, etc.?         Yes    I believe the secret is just what he told me.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?          joy and love and grateful. I feel he is in heaven.

Since the dream, I find pennies everywhere

 He was in the dark but the bedroom glowed.
