I felt an intense energy above me (type of reiki energy but much stronger ) and felt this energy entering me. I knew it was Frank and opened my eyes. This time there was no light.  The energy was so strong that it was almost painful, but it did not felt bad. It was as if I were getting an energy recharge.  I also felt him kissing my lips.  I told him that I missed him but I could not really hear his answer.  After 1 or 2 minutes, the energy stopped and vanished. I fell asleep again.

My little daughter  (10 ) was sleeping next to me.  She did not woke up  and did not notice anything.

            Was the touch familiar or unfamiliar?  Strong.  The night before he died, he woke me up with this same energy.  He was lying next to me, not sleeping, and trying to use reiki energy to heal himself.  He did wake me up.

Not this time.  The first time he appeared, I saw a light sitting on my bed.  It was a yellow and blue light.  This time I saw nobody

            Please explain why you view the reality of your experience as real or not real:         I felt the energy.  It was very strong and recognized it .

Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience:          I had a slight doubt if it was him or somebody else who was trying to enter my body.  I decided to let it go and trust that it was him.  It felt like a familiar energy that I had feel already in the past but not so strong.  Somewhere I knew it was him. I needed energy, and he gave it to me that day

Was there any emotional healing in any way following the experience?          Yes

I do  know he is there to take care of me and give me the strength if I need it.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?     Best : was confirmation that we are still connected and that  he is still there.  Worst : he gone and physically not here for us

shared with people who can handle this truth.  share the first experience with my 12 years old daughter  (the light ) - she said that she saw a girl last time when she was in a hotel room but did not want to speak or see her so turned her back and fall asleep :-)
